Refund policy

To start a return, login into your customer account and submit a return request with one of the following: If the vinyl is defective or damaged, "Requesting a vinyl exchange." If the sleeve is defective or damaged, "Requesting a sleeve exchange." If it is all damaged, "Requesting complete exchange." Only return the damaged item component, once you receive the shipping label. 

 

We have a 7 day return policy. Customers have a max of 7 business days after receiving item to request return unless otherwise annotated on products.

CHARGEBACK DISPUTES:

If a customer requests a chargeback fee and the item has been delivered, it will be disputed. Product must be returned if charged back to the store. No exceptions. If the reason is damaged or defective, but the customer did not request support from the store prior, product will be assessed as received new. 
Customers with a previous chargeback will not be allowed to order again without prior approval from the store. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Refund/Exchange must be requested via email to include photos of any damage or issues that occurred during transit. These must be submitted within 5-7 days of receiving the order. Refunds can not be given if the order is actively in transit and only once it has been received. To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Shipping fee is not included in the refund as it covers the refund processing fee and the cost the store takes on for sending and returning the item from the customer. 


INELIBLE RETURN REASONS:

Items may NOT be returned due to customer not being satisfied  due to a vinyl's appearance with no other defects such as damaged sleeve or defective sound. The appearance of the vinyl is completely out of control of the store. Customer can only return with the exception of not being able to purchase from the site again.
